I had an email offering discounted waxing as they were training a new therapist. I was pleasantly surprised to have the fully qualified therapist perform the waxing and showing the trainee as she went along, I was very happy with my experience at Robina BB and would highly recommend anyone to go visit this store, All staff are so friendly, helpful and the store is always clean and tidy.

I've been getting waxed all over for more than 20 years (so I know a good one when I get it) These girls do a better job, more quickly and less painful than anywhere I've been in all those years. I've had full Brazilians, underarms, full legs, chest, abdomen, arms, fingers, feet, neck, butt, ears, nose, you name it. They always make me feel at ease, don't act all judgemental about it (like some places) and they make me feel so welcome. Highly recommend!
