Brazilian Butterfly Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

1. A prior appointment is essential
2. Please advise the salon that the treatment will be paid for with a Brazilian Butterfly Gift Certificate and quote the certificate number when making your appointment
3. Your Gift Certificates will be void unless a minimum of 24 hours notice is given in the event of an appointment cancellation
4. Brazilian Butterfly Gift Certificates are not redeemable on public holidays

Refund Policy

1. Lost or stolen Brazilian Butterfly Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced
2. Brazilian Butterfly Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash
3. Cash will not be issued on the balance of Brazilian Butterfly Gift Certificates if the full amount of the certificate is not redeemed during one or more appointments; however the certificate will remain in credit for future treatments/product purchases

Shipping Policy

Your Brazilian Butterfly Gift Certificate will be forwarded via Australian Post standard mail service at no charge to you, the purchaser.

Delivery Policy

Delivery of your Brazilian Butterfly Gift Certificate will occur within seven business days from date of purchase to the nominated postal address

Customer Service Policy

If Brazilian Butterfly is unable to supply your Gift Certificate within the time frame as specified within our 'Delivery Policy', you will be notified by email or phone call within three business days from the date of purchase
